The general terms and conditions of sale are to be read before validating your order on our website.

Cubano Hair reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time.

The conditions applicable to any transaction are those in force at the time of the order. Placing an order on the website www.cubano-house.com tacitly implies complete and unreserved acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

The Cubano Hair website reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with its commercial policy.

By « the buyer » we refer to any natural person, who does not operate as a professional or a business.

Return and refund

If the item you are returning is damaged, worn or in poor condition, we will not be able to refund you.

All items are inspected upon return. They must be intact, no loose threads, lace must not be cut, no products must be used on the hair, and no attempt must be made to color the hair, the hair must be in its original texture when received and free of odor.

Only items returned as a whole, in their original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted.

No refund will be made on a personalized wig (colored, cut, extra density, etc..)

No refunds will therefore be made on a package not returned and not received, in their original packaging intact and in perfect condition.
